Welcome to Compool Parts. These terms apply whenever you use our website or buy from us. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. Our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

1. Orders and payment

  • We must receive full payment for the merchandise you order, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges.
  • Standard shipping within the USA is free; any expedited or international shipping charges are calculated at checkout and added to your order total.
  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery state; orders shipped to Texas include 8.25%.

2. Pricing and listing errors

We work to keep product information accurate and current, but mistakes happen. If a product, price or description contains an error, we may cancel the order or remove the item. Any amount you paid for that item will be refunded within 30 days. If the item has already shipped, the refund is issued once we receive the item back.

3. Availability, substitutions and backorders

  • If a product you order is not reasonably available, is out of stock or has been discontinued, we'll try to provide an appropriate substitute.
  • We can't guarantee that every item on our website will stay available throughout the season.
  • Rather than hold an entire order for one or two items, we'll usually ship the in-stock portion and send the rest as soon as possible. If you can't wait for a backordered item, let us know and we'll substitute another product or cancel the item and refund you.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times depend on the carrier, and holidays and severe weather can cause delays, so we can't guarantee how quickly your order will arrive. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, freight deliveries and international orders.

5. Returns, cancellations and warranties

Returns, exchanges and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Products are covered by their manufacturers' warranties, not by Compool Parts.

Product information, guides, opinions and general data on this website are provided for general reference only. Please verify any information independently with a certified or licensed professional. We do not encourage you to make or carry out any repairs, modifications or changes to your systems or equipment without a certified and properly licensed professional.
